The Easter 2020 Cello Retreat is open to a maximum of 15 participants. Through a mixture of full and smaller group work, one-to-one sessions and individual time, both with and without our instruments, we hope to provide an environment for all of us to explore presence in our lives and our music making.
Accommodation is in a beautiful, peaceful house in Lavethan, Cornwall. We have engaged a fantastic vegetarian and vegan caterer for the duration of the Retreat. The emphasis of the course will be on practice away from our instruments, but regular practice time with instruments will also be allocated. For those who wish to travel by train we will endeavour to pick you up from the nearest station, Bodmin Parkway - just 15 minutes from the house. The retreat postcode is PL30 4QG.
The retreat costs £550, and places can be reserved with £250 deposit. The full balance will be due six weeks before the retreat begins.
